Safe driving is our priority. Drivers who maintain a record of no driver-preventable accidents or out-of-service incidents within a specified period may receive a bonus as a token of appreciation for their commitment to safety.
Home Policy
We value your personal time. That’s why we offer one day of home time for every seven days of driving on the road to allow you to recharge and spend time with your loved ones.
Vacation Time
Drivers at WashFactor are also entitled to paid vacation each year based on the miles they drive. The more you go, the more time you have to relax and rejuvenate.
